No indica en ningún sitio en el ticket ni en los luminosos el horario. Cerrado sin poder recuperar el coche hasta el día siguiente. Tocó coger un taxi hasta Candelaria

Fatal! No avisan para nada que cierran a mediodía! Nosotros quisimos coger el coche a las 16h y no pudimos. Aquí estamos esperando para que abran. Habrán que avisar antes que cierran, no???? Y ahora a pagar para la hora que no quisimos estar..... Jamás he visto un garaje así!

Peor parking de la ciudad ! Caro ! Y cierra en la mitad del día con coches dentro... No te puedes acceder al coche... Pero todo normal

Nous sommes arrivés au parking dans les alentours de 11h30 pour manger. A notre grande surprise, le parking était fermé à 13h45 et nous n’avons pas pu récupérer notre véhicule afin de nous rendre à notre logement. A noter que l’accès au parking se fait par le centre commercial qui lui même est fermé. Nous devons donc attendre 17h pour récupérer notre voiture. C’est déplorable, je n’y remettrai jamais les pieds. A fuir !

Mir fehlen die Worte. Parken im Parkhaus nur zu Öffnungszeiten des Kaufhauses. Die machen allerdings von 13:30-17:00 Uhr Siesta! Also kommt man aus der Parkgarage in der Zeit auch nicht raus. Touristenunfreundlich. Oder man könnte den Touristen ja auch gerne sagen wie es läuft ☹️

Wow no words for what happened!!!!! Saturday went with my family to visit the town and we left the car in that car park.We went back at 14:30 and the car park was closed. I was shocked with 2 kids ,one of them 11 months and pushchair. No phone to contact the security, called police to come and help is and 112 as well because we weren't staying to that town and needed to find a way how to go back.The police said to find the people who leave in that building and to ask if they can help us. This parking shouldn't be for public use at all!!! Once our holiday will finish I'm going to write a massive complaint to the council. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Agree with other reviews, parked car and return to a locked garage. No way to enter to retrieve your car between1.30 and 5, I even asked how to pay for parking in the shop and nobody told me it would shut for so long, and charge you for a car you cannot get out. Laughable, small sign warns you as you go in which is where the ticket collection machine is. Everything around it seems to stay open , which makes it even stranger.

Scandaleux !! accès pieton du parking obligatoire par centre commercial.. ce même centre fermé de 13h30 à 17h ..donc impossible de récupérer notre véhicule avant 17h . Il était 14h ..tout était fermé.. fdp !!!
